The SM Productivity Dashboard is an internal tool of [ORGANIZATION NAME] for tracking field-team productivity. Access is by invitation only.

2. Your account

Use your own account only. Do not share your password, authenticator or backup codes.
Tell [CONTACT EMAIL] at once if you think someone else used your account.
Administrators can change your roles, suspend your account or end your sessions at any time, for example when your work changes or you leave.

3. Acceptable use

Use the dashboard only for your work at [ORGANIZATION NAME].
Do not try to reach parts of the system your role does not allow, test its security without written permission, or overload it.
The information is confidential. Do not copy, photograph, export or share it outside the people who need it for work. The system cannot stop screenshots or copying; this rule does.

4. Accuracy

Figures depend on KoboToolbox records, uploaded files and settings entered by administrators, and can be late or wrong. The page shows when the data was last updated. Check important figures before acting on them.

5. Availability

The service may be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems with the host or KoboToolbox. [Service level, if any]

Access ends when your role no longer needs it or when these terms are broken.
